    I need to write a simple program that sends text messages to cellular phones using the Internet. Please tell me how this can be done.

    I don't know about all phones, but sending a text message to a Sprint PCS phone is done by sending an e-mail to ##########@messaging.sprintpcs.com where ########## is the user's PCS phone number.

    Also, this only works if the user subscribes to text messaging...
