NFL Fans!
Who's your favorite NFL player?
Mine has been and still is Devin Hester.
You cannot get more perfect in offense then running the ball in for a touchdown on the kick-off.

Being originally from New Hampshire, just up from Foxboro, I've always followed the Pats. That's a lot easier to do now than it was back in the 70's and 80's. There's sure going to be one heckuva game on Nov 3.

Does anyone else think it's funny the Giants play in "Giants Stadium" while the Jets play in "The Meadowlands"
When 28 of the (at the time) 30 NFL ownership groups voted that Baltimore deserves the Cleveland Browns more than Cleveland does that's when my interest in the NFL went to practically zero and has never recovered...

Re: NFL Fans!
I have alot of favorite players. Devin Hester though is really tearing it up. He's a punt returner that has more value than most wide receivers in fantasy football, and now he is starting to catch passes at WR.
Raiders are cool man! I have Lamont Jordan on my fantasy team.
I still have my Dolphins at #1 though. The Dolphins are 0-7, and off to the worst season start ever. :-(
Also, my Dolphins play in Europe this weekend.
To my European friends at vbforums....
Are you excited about this?

Re: NFL Fans!
The meadowlands is the name for the entire complex where Giants stadium is. They are currently in the process of builing a new stadium, which will likely have a corporate sponsor name like many of the other stadiums do.
The giants will still play there, the jets may leave.
They are also building crazy shopping centers, and an indoor ski slope there..

Um, you are in NY and you have plenty of snow during the winter so you have to go and build an indoor ski slope so you can ski all year long?

Really? I thought you Brits didn't give a lick about that weird sport that Americans insist on calling "football."

Lots of us love the game, but in general are annoyed at it being called "football" - almost all of it is not played with the feet!
I even stay up to watch the Sunday/Monday night games sometimes (if I'm not working the next day!), which here start after midnight.

True, it should be called American Rugby.

Absolutely! Devin Hester has scored more TDs then all the wide recivers on the Bears, but to be fair that was mostly during the time when Rex Grossman was on the helm.
