    Create A Binary Registry Value

    I'm trying to add a few web sites to Interenet Explorer's allowed pop up sites, but I'm having some trouble creating a new binary registry value. What's the proper way to add a new binary value under HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\New Windows\Allow?
