    I hope somebody could help me:

    How can a define properties in my activex

    which accept my paramters from the <param> tag?

    Use the ActiveX Control Interface Wizard to Create your properties. I believe the Read Properties event is fired which will then take your <param> tag values and put them into your ActiveX control properties.
