[RESOLVED] PC remote control
I am familiar with PcAnyWhere, GoToMyPc...what I am looking for the support help remote pc.
When one calls a help desk, they send an email with a link, one clicks on the link, and now the help desk see's your desktop.
Doing a www Search ...on 'remote control pc' and returning...
http://www.vector-networks.com/solut...tecontrol.html
or
http://www.remote-desktop-control.co...remote-pc.html
May someone recommend a support program?
thanks

Is your question, how do they do that?

Re: PC remote control
Got2MyPC is popular and well established.
Dont forget that if they are running XP or above there is the "Request Remote Assistance" feature too already built in.

Re: PC remote control
Thanks, I don't want to pay a monthy fee.
Maybe I am not explaning this very well.
One calls support, they give you a link, you click or sign-in, they now see your desktop. I understand PcAnyWhere, GoToMyPC and programs like these.
Any other thoughts?
Thanks

Re: PC remote control
Shouldnt it be reversed? They call and you get to log in to their computer so you can fix it?
