is there a mobile version of this website?
Does vbforums.com have a version of this website available in a smaller package such as mobile.vbforums.com?

Re: is there a mobile version of this website?
Have you tried viewing the site on your phone/pds yet? I know there is some compatibility but not sure if all features are compatible. But no there isnt a specific parallel "lite" version.

Not yet, nor do I think VBForums will be one of the first of the Jupitermedia sites to get a mobile version; however, it is possible in the future.

yeah, i'm using on my blackberry 8830, just takes a while to load and all of the menus at the top of the site come up on the page instead of drop downs like on your computer. i browse all the time on my blackberry and this site is one of the abnormally long loading websites compared to other sites. i'm able to use it and have been posting in last few days, lots of info though. hopefully soon there will be a mobile version.

This might be a great suggestion to make to vBulletin, the software manufacturer for the forums that this site runs, as having something natively integrated is just so much better.

Re: is there a mobile version of this website?
Seems a workaround suggestion is to use the archiving system for browsing when on a mobile device. Seems hokey but doesnt look like a mobile version will happen anytime soon.
