I have sets of data for a game consiting of dad and ini files i would like to know the best way to get them into on file.

it is for the generation of the player and there a list of classes in a dat file and for each class there is a different set of variables in an ini file using all the headers and setting.

Just stick them all into the one file, simple as that
Then just change the way you input the data.
