Is there a way to close Windows,...
from msdos??
I´m connected to my home pc with remote desktop,
But would also like to shut it down remotetly,
Is there an msdos command i could use?

yes there is an dos command named "shutdown", I am not 100% farmiliar with this but I am sure you can remotely shutdown a machine.

there are a couple of ways to do this. older version of windows had a shortcut for it called exittodos.pif
xp doesnt have a built-in command for it, but you could easily create a program in vb to shut windows down and call that.
another option is aftermarket program.

If you are using remote desktop, you can go to start -> windows security. This will activate the screen that is brought up when you press Ctrl-Alt-Del at the physical computer. From there, you can click shutdown.
