[RESOLVED] crystal reports

Hi Guys.

Does crystal report come free in VB. I have got Visual Studio 6 and cannot find it any where. Been reading up on the net and still not where they say it is.

It does with the Enterprise edition. I don't know about the other two editions.

The CR that does come with VB, however, is the standard edition, and does not have many features. It is just enough to get your appetite whetted sufficiently so that you will go out an purchase either the Professional or Enterprise CR versions.

I just read that it does not install automaticly. It's on the cd. Just wait for my boss to get back and i'll check, i have the professional addition

Like I said, I'm not sure if it is on the Professional. The only edition I've ever used is Enterprise, and I know it comes with that.

crystal Reports is on the 3 cd of Visual Studio

Thanks for posting back. So, it also comes with Professional.

BTW: Dont' forget what I said in Post #2 about what you will be able to do with the free version.
