    Getting this Error trying to Import a .CSV File into SQL Server?

    I'm trying to import a .CSV file into SQL Server 2005. For some reason it won't work. Please see the attached screenshot of the error message.

    It looks like SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) has not been installed.

    Bruce,

    I tried to install components from the SQL Server 2005 master disk and it said that I basically had no more components to install, meaning I've installed everything there is to install that came with SS 2005. IIS was not installed so I installed that thru the "Add Programs" option from the Control Panel but that still didn't fix my problem.

    Did you try completely uninstalling it and reinstalling it?

    What did your Admin have to say?

    Ok, well since you have CD's What version do you have. You know MS is infamous for having 10 or more different versions when one would do just fine... Since it is complaining about your product level...

    please don't post screen shots in .doc format! We don't all have msword installed. (and i KNOW wordpad opens them but it's failing on the graphics filter)
