Installing & executing .NET app on w2k server

This might sound rather weird; but how do I install & execute a .NET app on w2k server?!

I need to do this over the internet. How should I go about doing this, from the starting point of creating an account so that I can access the server... ?

Well, step number one would be whose server is this? Do you have the necessary persmission setup to order to attempt this?

As far as creating an account goes, you would need to be an admin of the server. Are you?

Thanks for the help. I have created an account on the server. All I need to do now is launch my .NET exe assembly over the internet. How do I do this?
