A bank robber dashed into a health food store, closely pursued by the police. They finally grabbed him by the nuts, and he surrendered.

Re: Guiness Book Of World VBForum Records
Why would a bank robber run into a health food store? A bank robber will always look to make a getaway. Clearly he was no bank robber, and it was a case of mistaken identity.

Rice is the best.
It's got a lot to do about culture. See in East Asia, rice is the staple food. In a lot of south east asian countries, no main dish can go without rice.
The flavors are quite strong, lots of spice and all that, so it's rice that somehow levels these off.
But like I said, rice is RICE, i love rice. I'd miss rice if I was not eating it at least once a week. I tried to fast on rice for a week, the result was that, I kept craving for a whole lot of other foods and it never seem to come down good and fill me up.

Re: Guiness Book Of World VBForum Records
I remembered when I was in Japan, I managed to not eat rice for 2-4 weeks.
I missed rice a lot so bad that when the occasion came that I was able to eat at the cafeteria that served rice, my mouth would water JUST for rice.

Indeed, and in any case running on a full stomach is bad for you. Since when are nuts considered healthy foods?
