What a load of bull. I am a programmer, I get paid to program. I follow exactly 0 of those things, and I tend to be disgusted by those who do. Do you really want to improve your sex life? Better question: do you want a sex life to improve? Get a real life. I play guitar and I'm a social person. People like that. Scary as it may seem, I do have real live friends that I see in person, not just webcams (which I don't even use) or inernet pictures (which I rarely even look at).

Its funny because that would've been written by a 12 year old.. proof read by their 16 year old sibling, and slapped on the internet for cheap laughs.

I loved it.. I know a fair few programmers.. and theres probably only one of them that follows one of those things. The rest are the complete opposite.
