    You need to install 1.1 framework on the machine that is hosting your web app. While in there, you should also install 2.0 framework for future use if you ever decided to update the app to asp.net 2.0

    GOT IT!!!

    The computer had 1.1 installed... however, it was apparently a bad install. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Life is good. I can actually get in.
