    Installation Package

    Hi All,
I have a doubt. Is there any way to customize Target folder for my installation package?

To be more clear,I have msi file, Setup.exe and Setup.ini files for a project. When I run msi or exe file, the project is showing C:\Program Files\[Project Name]. as the default installation folder. I want to customize this so that every time i install the default installation path should be my D:\New folder. How can i achieve this??? Windows Installer it is showing while installing.

    Thanks.

    Hi Fazi,
    Many thanks for your help.
But for my application I am using the Microsoft Visual Studio InterDev 6.0 for building msi file. so i m not getting any .lst files. For the other applications which I have .lst files, I am able to change the default directory.
One more thing, How can I achieve this for VB.NET applications?? (I have Setup.exe, Setup.ini and .msi files)....

    Please help me out...

    Thanks.

Are you referring to the Package And Deployment Wizard that comes with VB?
