How many 700cl bottles of vodka is too much for one weekend?
I'm going to use the results of this poll as evidence to consult my doctor with.

That proves it.... I have been drunk before.... so much so, I forcibly changed the rotation of the earth to coincide with the orientation of how I was laying on the floor.
To answer the poll - E - none of the above. even at asd;fj204q4';;], you're still sober enough to type, and participate in a poll.

He's 15. In the states, you have to be 21 to *legally* drink. I've met very few people who actually waited... it's not difficult to get around. I was drunk off my arse this past new years eve, and I was 19. Had a fun little party at college more than a year before that... it's america. Land of the free, home of the brave, but everybody's too busy drinking to care.

If I could, I would ban all drugs, cigs, and alcohol. Punishment for violation would be execution. No questions asked, no excuses. You drink, you die. You smoke pot, you die.

so true. i was at the street fair this weekend, and i saw my friend, 15 as well, and he was wasted. He was trying to get a ride home with me... but i told him no because he was so drunk. Today he saw me, and really didnt remeber asking me for a ride.
as AR said, I dont need foreign chemicals in my body to have a great time.

Don't knock it till you've tried it. I have a great time with life... but nothing compares to being wasted. Notice that i didn't imply one was better than the other, I just said nothing compares.

Oh please, I'm sure the view's fantastic from up there, but do get off your high horse.
Not everyone is is some kind of binge-drinking reality-escaper. Some of us drink because we enjoy it, and not because we just want to get blind drunk either.
People that make bad drunks are usually idiots when they are sober anyway.

Re: How much is too much?
I drink, I enjoy it. I have fun and I know when to stop. I've had my nights of blunders and I've gotten stupid - but I'm level enough to know now when I'm getting to that point.
I also smoke (see custom note above avatar). I don't smoke in public places, I don't smoke around a group of non-smokers and as a general rule... I throw out any cigarette or refuse to light up if children <14 are in visible range.
I also enjoy my fair share of psychotropic ethnobotanicals. None of which you have heard of... Until they are featured on cnn/fox with the headline "your child's new high" and become illegal. So until you post about one of them with the fear mainstream media shells you - I won't defend my stance on that too hard.
According to your position, I should be executed - without question. Let me give you a little more detail about me.
I have a very good job, I make it to work on time, give all I can and have very few sick days. I love my coworkers and just last weekend, I helped one of them move. A month ago, one of them had a baby (his baby girl is beautiful by the way). Everyday, we talk about her over coffee; about how she can finally support her own head and has started "cooing." I highly doubt I'm as stricken as he is seeing this first hand, but we both revel in the simplicity of life and the years we personally have spent complicating it.
My younger brother's birthday is next weekend. I haven't seen him in 3 months because he's been in college and working. Very few days go by that I don't pray for him and his well-being. I make it a point to keep them realistic and end them with "and please - shelter him, for I've seen the troubles that lie ahead."

Re: How much is too much?
i must disagree with AR. I dont think that they should be killed. I think that we should do anything we can do to prevent them from drinking or smoking.
I just dont like it when i am having a great time somewhere with my friends, and then someone walks by us puffing on a cigg, then we get the second hand smoke. People need to know where it is allowed, and where they should not do it. sevenhalo obviously knows when he should and shouldn't smoke, and i must give you props
I cannot say that people who smoke/drink are bad people. Alot of my adult friends drink, and that doesn't make them bad, i still respect them the same
