    [Resolved] Delayed posts and multiple posts.

    Hi there, I've made a few posts in the Database Development section. Funny error seems to be appearing, when I made my first thread it didn't display to me (I refreshed a lot) until I made a second... Same with my first post, I replied to someone but it didn't appear until I re-typed the whole thing - then I ended up with a double post. I'm using IE 7, latest version as of two weeks ago (I'm using it at work and they update every week or so). Sorry if this is the wrong place for this kind of comment, wasn't sure where else to put it...

    And sorry, it has nothing to do with the other thread I mentioned.
    I've misread.

    I'm not sure, but this could be due to the fact that you're a new member.
    When you are a new member, posts are moderated.

    Yeh I missed the grammar too... I don't know any of the admins - I am a new member, mebbe somthing to do with the local cache on these work machines.

    It was because you are a new member - due to the amount of spam that people try to post on this site, the first few posts you make need to be manually verified by a moderator/admin, as TheBigB said.

    I have removed the duplicate posts etc.

    As you have now made enough posts, you should not get this problem again.

    Thanks. I did read about the posts being verified but tis wierd that my second post showed up before my first! Mebbe it just dropped down the list and I missed it, whatever, resolved!
