Web page price, please help!

Hi guys:

I'm from Chile and I'm a web developer. I usually make web applications for enterprises in my country but now, I'm in USA and I need to make a web page for someone here.
I need your help with prices because I don't really know how much a web site cost.

The site is as follow:

Basic website design with a home page, contact page (with form that user can fill and send), "who we are" page, a page to upload seminars and stuff, a "recommend this site" section and a control panel to upload the contents like news, files, links, etc.

How much to charge for this web site?

It really depends on exactly what is needed and what your target market is like.

For example, I usually see affiliate marketing landing pages (simple 1 or 2 page web sites used to promote a product) selling between $25-$100.

A web site like you described for a business I know of was done for $3500 while another sort of like it was $7500. Of course, somebody with a little HTML, CSS, and PHP knowledge could put together a site like that using WordPress or Joomla! in a few hours for a whole lot less and still make a healthy profit.

Well although price fixing is illegal here in the USA you should place a price on a page based upon the complexity and number of hours it will take to complete.
