I search code from PSCode, code run on WindowsCE, but I can't open code because i can't find any Project file to Open

Are you using eVB or VB.NET, and which version? You really should be using the latter, because the former basically sucks. It resembles VB6, but it isn't, and the differences are pretty severe.

What! You said eVB, what is it? We use it to develop mobile app?

Don't use eVB if you can possibly avoid it. It was supposed to be a VB6-like language to write for PDA's, but it used VBScript rather than true VB. The differences are pretty severe, and can lead to much trouble.
