    any one tell me how to do this type of networking.

    or how to code on cable from both ends for this reason

    Why would you want to use a serial cable, when all the code for ethernet is already part of Windows?
    The most difficult part of developing a program is understanding the problem.
    The second most difficult part is deciding how you're going to solve the problem.
    Actually writing the program (translating your solution into some computer language) is the easiest part.
