[2005] problem when Borderless form restores

i'm having a borderless form ... after minimizing, when i restore that form, it does not show me the PANELS properly.. it shows me the desktop or whatever is behind the form, like this... and when i move the form, it starts getting better...i hope u get what i mean.. how can i solve this problem???

Try setting the form's DoubleBuffered property to True.

no.. it didn't worked...
