[2005] Web Cam Recording

Good Afternoon,

I am wanting to create a peice of software to make my laptop nice and secure. My laptop has a webcam built into it and for one of the features of my security software I though when the computer starts up it could automatically start this software hidden in the background and either take a picture with the webcam or even better record for a certain amount of minutes.

Also If I make this software work well I will also pass it on as freeware dending on how it goes.

How easy is it to do this as I can find thousands of programs on the internet to record web cam normally etc etc

I'd recommend making a windows service, that way it will start without a window and before the user has logged in, then use the followng class to interface your webcam:
