    Lightbulb Good OCR/ICR Development Toolkit Recommendation?

    Is there anyone that can recommend a good OCR/ICR Development Toolkit to implement with a VB application? It would need an OCR engine that is capable of learning (even if the learning process is manual). I have checked out demo versions of software from Pegasus SmartScan and ReadIRIS, which both seem decent, but that is just the software, not the development package. Any imput is welcomed. Thanks

    But I don't know if it has capability to use your scanner
    it's a 21-day trial and it's buyable for the unbelievable LOW price of only 149 dollar!

    Isn't that a bargain?
