Netscape sucks so bad. I thought I would give them the benfit of the the doubt and downloaded 6. What a piece of junk. XML support is junk, no XSL support. CSS support still in the toilet..

They spent all that time making a skinnable browser and ignored what was important.

Also it was slow and took 20 times longer than IE 5.5 to load.


Anyone saying Netscape is better should be taken out and shot.

I agree.
Netscape 4 was s h i t e and
Netscape 6 is UTTER s h i t e!
and there is no need for anyone to use it.

If you want a browser that runs on a non-M$ OS you can use Opera which is far better.

I've got nothing against Netscape but they should stop p i s s i n g around with browsers and admit defeat.

they wont admit defeat. I have a feeling they may try to get AOL/TIME WARNER to gobble up Opera and rename Opera to Netscape. Or some bs like that!!
I hate AOL/Time Warner now too for selling WCW to the WWF
