John, I'm not one to moan about stuff (especially when the service you provide is so ), but lately I get a "server is too busy at the moment" message almost everytime I do anything. Making this post took several attempts, viewing forum threads takes forever and just answering questions takes an age which puts you off helping anyone. Don't wish to hassle you, but you need to give the ol' server a kick up the bum
BTW i've just tried to post this about 10 times, and each time it told me to sod off.

I seem to be getting this a fair bit as well....
(I think that this is testimony to how good this site is, that so many people log on to it. )
Thanks for any help
Regards
Neil

The server has been hit quite hard this evening, because we released beta 4 of vBulletin. We will continue to tweak the server, but there's only a limited amount of things that we can try.
One thing, if you do get this too busy message, it's usually just one thread that is blocking up the server, so wait (with all your forums screens in your browser) for about 30 seconds before trying again. Otherwise, you have everyone refreshing unnecessary amounts, and a huge blockage just forms.

Whoops...sorry
I refuse to tie my hands behind my back and hear somebody say "Bend Over, Boy, Because You Have It Coming To You".
