Functions Error

sometimes when i use a function incorrectly, it will give the usual error, and have the tag names in brackets. the tag name, for example links to what ever domain i am at plus the tag name at the end. How do i make it link to php.net.

IE: http://localhost/strip_tags

I set mine to http://au3.php.net/manual/en/ but you can also download the manual locally which makes things nice and quick.
