Re: Remote Desktop Question
If you go into the advanced options of remote desktop you can share your local HDD, just drag and drop

Re: Remote Desktop Question
When you share a local resource with the remote computer it appears as a drive within the remote operating system - so you can just copy files into it remotely. When you disconnect they will be available locally.

Re: Remote Desktop Question
Its in the Local Rsources tab of Remote Desktop Connection. Depending on your version it will be either just a checkbox "Disk drives" or in the "More" button where you can select which drives to use in your remote session.

Re: Remote Desktop Question
Ok, once I do that, where do I see my local drive on the remote computer?

Re: Remote Desktop Question
In your remote session you open up Explorer by double clicking on the y computer icon or in the start menu (depends on the system OS version). Once explorer is opened it will show all the drives etc and you will see your remote mapped drive. Use as any normal drive.
