Can't say I have. Have you checked the line in your .js file where the error has occurred?

The error 80004005 often means like "invalid authentication", or "invalid username/password".
It can be even a problem with user profile associated to the service handling the question.
Also try to check if the process (in this case IIS, I think) is using a user profile that has access to that directory where the file .js is located.
