Exe Will Not Run

The exe will not run on any machine though I run the setup file and register all activeX controls, unless, I compile on the machine before it runs

I've been thru the problem you have. To try to help you, I need more info. Please answer the questions:
1) The setup runs ok?
2) When you try to run, do you get a message box with an error message or it just don't run? If it give you a error message, what is the message you get?
3) The OS in the machine you create the program and the OS in the machine you try to install are the same?

2.No message ,just a beep
3.The same OS thus both XP

If you have "run the setup file" why do you need to "register all activeX controls"? The registration should be done automatically by the setup package. How did you create the setup package?

You definitely haven't created a proper setup installation.
