    2002 or 2003 ?

    If I create an application for PPC 2002 will it run on all later versions?

    The next question is should I or just use 2003 with the latest version of dot.net?

    You mean use pocket-Smartphone 2003?
    Yes it's not a problem but be aware, the CF they use is a little primitive and you will have to use a lot of API's of import C++ functions for your work. For example manipulating Outlook pim items is a pain. So if you can flips to the newest framework.
