Officially, whichever of the Super Moderators/Admins see something that needs moderating (and yes, we do check).
In reality however, Mr beady stare & razor tongue does most of the work for us

I used to rule the games forum with a broken bottle and a handful of bile. That strategy lasted a week or so.
