VB6 Enable/Disable Network Device

Hi, I've been using a variation on the code on the following page to disable/ enable my NIC cards.

All was fine on XP until I moved to Vista.

a) I couldn't get to the "Manage network section" in Windows Vista.

b) Is there any other way to disable/enable a NIC card? Even a DOS command would do.

I tried using a shortcut and the code I'm using sometimes retrieves incorrect verbs and reports Enable when it is already Enabled!!
