    Question Installation of ActiveX Component

    Hi,
    I have an ActiveX component that was created in VB 6.0. The Component was developed and compiled on my local machine. This component is to be used in an ASP Application. I am now deploying the Asp Application on a Web Server.

    I have no previous experience of VB 6 or ActiveX component. So, my question is do I need to install the ActiveX component on the WebServer on which I am deploying the ASP Application? Or will the client browsers be able to download and use the ActiveX component without such an installation?

    Please help me.
