Re: VBF is broken
I know, looks like the server crashed and the time setting is incorrect.
Until this gets fixed don't make any important posts.

Fourm Issue?
All of a sudden to day I can't seem to mark the forums as read. Even after selecting the option in the menus I still show over 500 new messages.

Some glitch around?
Is something wrong with the forums today?
I've started a couple of threads some 15 min. ago and I can't find them on the main list. They've been counted but don't appear if you click on "List all posts by this user".

Re: What is This??
MY problem is a little different. I click on any forum. And the listed threads/topics are always the same. But in the main index the most recent topic/post information updates. It probably has something to do with the increase of users over 1400 just a couple of minutes ago which i guess is good.

Hey Moderators! What happened to my post??
Hey, what happened to my post...
http://www.vbforums.com/showthread.p...21#post2929821
It's doesn't show up on the main .NET page anymore.
I can only find it by searching.
And I seem to not be able to post to it.
Thanks

If this makes any difference, most of the posts I'm seeing say 12-25-06. I see this post as "Last edited by penagate : 12-25-2006 at 12:50 PM."

Re: Reverse chronological order?
Sooo...
Those that thought their thread was deleted or lost can simply look back to 12/26/2006 and likely find it
It wasn't deleted, it is just a half a year old (even though you posted it today).

We could start a new 'Vintage Threads' section.

Brad!
Is there a way to do that for those of us who may have posted over 500 times (the search limit) in that time?

Re: Reverse chronological order?
You can impose a vague sort of time frame by setting the search to Find Posts from 6 Months Ago, and Older.

Search for posts between 2 specific dates would be an interesting option.

Re: Reverse chronological order?
The posts are not missing. They are actually still there and count just the same as they originally did. Only th edate/time stamp is not accurate. If you come across any threads with these type of posts, please either PM a Mod that is online or post the link to this thread.
