    unable to retreive a webservice created in file system

    Hi

    i created a web service using File system

    http://localhost:2101/FileService/Service.asmx

    i want to access this service through my network systems

    i given as

    http://vinaykumar:2101/FileService/Service.asmx

    vinaykumar is my system name

    but unable to access that service

    please help me in this regard

    even i am unable to check within my system through System name

    i didnt setup security
