I am planning on creating a chat software with which the users can communicate over the internet. Well my problem is I use AOL, and each time I login I get a different IP-Address # . I know how to communicate accross the internet with someone if they send me their IP-Address via Em@il. I want to know how or where can I store my IP-Address or someone's IP-Address when either party logon or or log into the system, so that if someone wanted to chat they could go to the web-site find out IP-Address of the Person(/s) online, instead of sending the IP-Address via Em@il. Any help or advice whould me greatly appreciated.
