Enough for me to build a life size replica of Beerhenge...

Why do we do this to ourselves?

It was your fault - you talked me into it.

    It is indeed. Good memory.

'Beer' induced comment? Surely you don't drink beer.

A refined lady such as yourself would be drinking wine I imagine...

Full of beans aren't you Arbiter??......wine with evening meals is lovely but fish and chips at lunch demand liberal quantities of beer....there's no way around it!

Ahhh I keep forgetting the time difference. It's 22:30 over here so I assumed you'd have been for a meal or something.

I didn't imagine it would be lunch!

I'm currently enjoying a couple of nice bottle of Carlsberg Export (the few Behemoth and I didn't polish off last night) before I go to bed. No fish and chips alas!

    Anyway, how's never-never land?

Gorgeous today.........82 degrees and clear blue skies. I don't usually drink at lunch as I am a bit of a light-weight but they took me out for my birthday today.

I may seem to have a lack of refinement at times but I am extremely happy with who I am so..........pffft!!!!!!!

    I think it's colon p

82 degrees and clear blue skies. That's outragous.

We never get weather like that over here. It didn't clear 10 degrees C in Manchester today. I'd love to live and work somewhere hot.

    I might move to Africa.

    Anyway, how was your Birthday?

Did your colleagues only take you out for lunch or did they get you a present as well? What did your husband (Tom?) get you?

I'd just read that in another thread.

A friend of mine went for a skydive and now she's hooked. She had the complete video thing done as well.

You'll have to post the video on a website somewhere when it's done!

    Brave girl.

I figure you're the kind of person who'll be travelling over the Niagra falls in a barrel filled with lobsters when you're 80!

Right, I'm off to bed now. Try not to wake me if you get in late....

I've always wanted to go skydiving..... but I'm afraid that I'll hit the ground before I am enough out of shock to pull the rip cord......

The first jump is a tandem jump which means that someone is harnessed to you so if you panic they will be there to pull the rip cord for you!

Please restrict all flirting with the locals to the Post Race, please.

The age restrictions in California are 18 years of age unless accompanied by an adult then it's 16. I don't know how much it costs though.

Sorry, didn't realise I'd transgressed the unwritten rule
