    Web Application UI Development

My company is in the process of developing and publishing a family of three new public web sites. An architecture based on Microsoft technologies has been established. The web sites share a single common database, which is already developed and which contains the vast majority of the business logic. We need a developer/programmer to create the web applications (UI) for all three web sites. Experience with ASP.NET, ADO.NET, and VB.NET is important for this project. However, it seems very hard to find individuals or companies that work with these technologies/languages. We would prefer a permanent, full-time employee, but we will work with a local development shop if necessary. Our general location is the Twin Cities (Minnesota), more specifically the south suburbs. Does anybody have a suggestion?

Are you accepting applications? Where do we send them?
Are you willing to pay for relocation?

    Thanks for the questions.

An individual candidate could send an application to jobs[at]wingenious[dot]com. If we were convinced that a particular person was a great fit, we would be willing to pay some relocation costs.

Is there a deadline for resume submittal? I see vb.net, does it have to be coded in vb.net or will C# work for you too. Very similar, one could brush up on vb.net if you won't accept C#.

Good Luck, I may work on submitting a resume if the deadline for submission isn't anytime too soon.

    Cheers!

We have been looking for an appropriate resource for some time, so (by now) the need is immediate.

For consistency with existing development work, we would like VB.NET code.
