Can I ask XNA Game studio express 1.0 questions here (C# & questions about the program) ?

This is the C# forum. If you have questions that relate to C# programming specifically then this is the forum for them. There is also a Games & Graphics forum for games programming and DirectX questions. There is no forum dedicated to XNA Studio Express so if you're using it you would need to decide which of those forums is most applicable to your question.

By the way, XNA Studio is based on C# Express, so it must be version 2.0, not 1.0/1.1.
