College.
Okay so I am heading away for college this year, great right?
Here comes my dilemma.
Okay so throughout highschool I have had girlfriends and stuff, but always girls who don't treat me right or mess with my head etc. Now in the past 6 months I have met a girl who I think is amazing. She really brightens my day, I have never fought with her etc. I would be tempted to throw the L word out here too. Now I am moving to Kentucky, she is heading to a state completely opposite. 10+ hours away. Now I dont think long distance relationships are going to work for either of us, we both like to have a good time, and too much time away surely isnt going to work out for either of us. If I am out of town for even two days I miss her terribly.
Im trying to make the best of this last 2 months we are both around, however lately I am thinking about it more. Are there any suggestions here? I really am excited for college, and was so excited up until I met a girl like this.
Please any thoughts or suggestions, and I am sorry for the rant but I can't exactly talk to to many people about this without making one really awkward convo.
Thanks

Re: College.
(I remember my father telling me about whta I am going to say but now I know he is right.)
Dude,
This is my opinion so I don't know if it has a point but....
"Do not dwell in the past but invest in the future so that you're past can have a future."
This means that you are going through one of thoses phases in life that you have to let go of something important so that you can gain something better.
Women are women. They are everywhere. Maybe there could be one waiting for you in Kentucky or your College University. May she is sitting right next to you in your class.
She may even have hidden desires for you.
So how's that sound. Feeling better?

Re: College.
Different setups work for different people.
Distance, Culture, Religion, Age, Looks and other variables do not really come into play when it comes to loving someone, if you think that you are indeed in love.
You only have to know when to do the right thing and when and for who. If you are not sure then you better take time out and sort out what you want for yourself.
Until then, not even the best of advices would make a difference.
What I'm saying is, you already know the answer, just focus on that and prepare for the consequences bad or good.
(Sorry if I am not clear, just trying to be helpful.)

The trouble with all the fancy stuff is that you never know if the chicks are attracted to glitters or to you.

She'll never forget you then. Remember to ask them to put you in a jail in the same state as she is moving to

It might work for a while... like it did for me, but it eventually failed. Sure, I am upset, but she's just a woman after all, and with the way she ended it I can't say I really care that she is gone. So what have I learned? Women -- they're everywhere. Just focus on college like I have done, it's working pretty well so far =)

Inevitably, all high school relationships fall apart when both persons go to separate colleges, especially when those colleges are far away.
But, as compensation for the woman you must let lose, the universe will surround you with 10X the amount of women in the next couple of months - all excited about being 'free' and looking for interesting people.
The most important thing is to say hi to everyone the first few weeks, and participate with them as much as possible. If you find yourself sitting in your room - just get outside and active.

And also nick some of her oestrogen hormones so if later you get any competitions with any other guys, spike their drink/food with the oestrogen and bam! Instant woman in seconds.
