    I got your PM...

Since I've never done a university program for "programming" I cannot offer any help on your choices...

I've been programming since 1980 - from before there were any colleges or universities offering education degrees in computer science!

Many of the others here are much younger and might offer real world advice for you.

I'm in pretty much the same boat as szlamany, in that I am a bit older than the teaching of programming in school. However, I looked at the two, and the choice seems clear to me: The first one.

After all, you are talking about programming as a career in industry, universities, etc. Business programming. The second course is much more artistically focused, and will give you a better background for game programming, including such non-computer things as art design, and story design. While I think that the practice of game programming teaches some good skills having to do with code efficiency, the rest of the stuff would be of little use unless you intend to become a game programmer.

If you want to design solutions for enterprises, the first one. While design element (refering to look and feel) has a lot to do with a good product, you need to have a good foundation of coding before you design before you things that entire companies or the military would use.

Having a good background in math won't hurt either, particularlly statistics if you are working enterprises.

Thank You Guys , You helped me very much
I think I will choose the first one
but i notice in the two programs (especially the first one) they dont focus on the programming very much ,, and we just learn some java
    Why Do you think ?

Look at universities in the US. If you can work something out with one of them, a degree in Computer Science is a good basis. (A course teaching Java sounds to me a lot like Microsoft's bound controls - a quick way to see results without actually learning much.)
The most difficult part of developing a program is understanding the problem.
The second most difficult part is deciding how you're going to solve the problem.
Actually writing the program (translating your solution into some computer language) is the easiest part.
