Simply, if you're using CSS and HTML and Javascript in a webpage, it's called DHTML.

Yes, but the point is that, like AJAX, DHTML isn't a technology. It's a buzzword coined to denote a combination of technologies.

You say that web 2.0 comes with all of the things we discussed in early posts, or anything else.
