    wht about VB over online with database

    I do my applications with VB and DAO + ADO.
    Now i have to made a application with a database and it have to work online.

    I am thinking that I will do it with SQL server db or other db, and using VB.
    Please suggest me that, Am I on the right way or learning PHP (or any other) will be beter for me.

    I'd suggest to look at MS .Net and SQL 2005 - Express Edition for either is free and is quite functional.

    Is MS .Net similar to VB.
    How it can install, and what is it's editor. Is it a complete program like VB, or I have to use any Editor as NotePad or InterDev.

    Probably VBScript, but you won't find that as powerful as the platforms available with Visual Studio 2005.
