    Can someone suggest me a english speaking course/dvd that you have know to be very effective?

    Yeah, I gotta wonder about that. You already have a certain competency in the language, so what is your ultimate objective? Is it for someone else, or are you trying to learn some idiom, accent, etc.? If so, I would suggest you watch a bunch of NASCAR and Bass shows. You won't be able to talk worth a darn, but you'll still fit in in many places.
