Obtain Host Name from IP Address

how do we get aliasas for a given ip address?
ie for example
(TRY IN COMMAND PROPMPT BY c:\NSLOOKUP)
This IP Address - 12.36.119.132
has
Domain Name -www.pdfonline.com
Aliasas - 132.119.36.12.in-addr.arpa

so how can we change code in the above url such that we can get aliasas also ie we can get 132.119.36.12.in-addre.arpa

Did anyone get chance to work on this?
