    Question

    Appologies for posting this on the VB forum, hope someone can point me in the right direction. I am trying to link via Access 97 to a SQL Server 2000 database but seem to be having difficulty. Am I right in thinking that I need the latest ODBC drivers for SQL 2000 and is this part of MDAC fairly hazy area, help much appreciated.

    MDAC 2.1

    Just Get MDAC 2.1 . MDAC 2.5 is a little iffy. It contains the latest OLEDB, ODBC Drivers. Go to microsoft and download.
