    There are plenty of these open source on sites. And it seems to me you want some sort of assignment done with out doing anything your self. Is that correct?

    Why not write one yourself? Is this a homework assignment?

    Karan there are hundreds of people here who could give you just as good an answer or even better than what you got. But people have to draw a line somewhere and doing homework is one of them.

    Writing an FTP client or server from scratch is more than a homework assignment, its more like a university dissertation. Unless of course you're talking about using the Inet built in FTP functions.

    Anyway as someone said, theres loads @ pscode.com/vb
