What is the difference as far as writing a VB app is concerned? Or is there any? Can I just make an app as I usually do and put it on the computer with CE?

I could be wrong, but at where I use to work, there was a special version of VB that was used for the CE platform. Not sure if you can use the standard VB editions.

Oh ya, you should really consult with Chris about this, I believe at his job he has been doing all kinds of CE dev work.
