Is there a limit to the size that a record can be (number of fields) if you are using a table that was created in Access 2000, then converted to old style Access?
While trying to update my record I'm getting a "Record too large" error.
Is there an easy way around this?
I have a feeling that the max is 99 fields per record and anything over that Access cannot handle. Does anyone else have information to back that up?

I found out that it's 2000 bytes. But, I didn't hear of a certain number of colums.
Thanks

Yep, per record it's a 255 character limit, I know this one is right.
