i would die if the internet went down for a week. But then that is impossible unless all the DNS & web servers went down all at the same time. or all of the ISP's went down...

Go throw up in the toilet and then take a shower until I was sober. Because that's the only way the whole internet could be down for a week.

You are attempting to show Vista as user-friendly. Cancel or Allow?

That was the 2006 Hengchun earthquake. It happened in Taiwan but HK felt it too.

It felt like internet was in slow motion for a month in our place.

Nobody wants your Canon EOS SLR. Not even orphans in third world countries who were offered a lifetime supply of food by the UN if they were to steal one of those and show up with it at the UN's offices.

Where have you been living for the past years? In the early days of the internet, unix systems helped the internet become what its today (wiki) And that's the reason why its such a strong OS - It's because of it's design that makes it's more secure than windows to use (have one admin with password, and have users that do not have admin privelleges and have to use the admin password to access areas, such as installing programs, gaining access to important system files, etc.)

    Edit: Fixed Grammatical Errors

Slanderous! You sir are just another unwitting victim of Unix propoganda. Unix wasn't popularized by academia until the early 80's and further - it was first known as Unics from the base word 'Unic'. Definition here:
